I finally had time to watch this last night since I came back from London... It is such an original and amazing movie!!!! I do love it!!!! ^___^ Thanks thanks Stephane... xxx
Maybe because I am not French or simply I m too stupid, I couldn't understand what was going on until the middle of the movie. But those cool visuals, those ridiculous funny ideas and music already impressed me a lot. The director creatively mixed different elements to create something really original, fun and cool. All the scenes are perfectly shoot!!! the art direction was just amazing!!! I would say it is a must see movie for all design related people!!! ^__^
Probably only European directors could create this kinda amazing movie....
Btw, I have found the meaning of Delicatessen.... (maybe thats a common word but I didn't know before) :P.
The word delicatessen comes from German Delikatessen, and that this German word is the plural of Delikatesse, which in turn comes from French delicatesse and means "delicious things (to eat)". In Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, "Delikatessen" (as it is spelled) designates top-quality foodstuffs. A common synonym is Feinkost ("fine food") or similar to "Good Eats". The shops which sell them are called Delikatessenläden ("stores for delicacies"), and department stores often have Delikatessenabteilung ("delicacies department"). You can also find Delicatessen in Denmark, The Netherlands and Belgium. Well there is an different (uncool) meaning in US (just something like small fast food restaurant offering deli) but who cares :P haha

Hey, i just ran into your picasa photo album and its really beautiful. I'm still looking through them right now and i'm just wondering, what type of camera do you use? Do you use filters to get that soft blue effect and the shadows on the corners? I'm not very savvy with the technical terms but if you can let me know that would be awesome :]
